They will make sure that each and every affiliate would be taken care of whether its guiding them about BetVision, its various marketing tools or their concerns regarding their commission share.  BetVision places extreme importance on its affiliate partners, not only does it offer highly competitive commission rates, it also make sure that its resources are up to date as to give its fellow affiliate partners a worry free job that only focuses on getting as many referrals as possible. BetVision will provide them some help via the use of its marketing collaterals such as Reports and Promotions, affiliate partners can even ask for special request on specific marketing reports such as their consolidated performance, and their referred player's betting behaviors. As long BetVision can offer it then we would be happy to help our fellow affiliate partners a boost to their performance.
BetVision's affiliate program is one of the best on the asian market, starting at an initial of 25% and topping it up to up to 40% Commission Share, only needing at least 3 active members and with no minimum withdrawal. Fellow affiliated partners can also invite their friends and acquaintances with only the exception of their relatives to become sub-affiliates and earn additional commission via their sub-affiliates.

Affiliates would start at 25% initial Commission Rate as long as they reach the required total Active Players and Net Revenue, the more active players and revenue BetVision generated from their players, the higher their commission rate would be.
BetVision will pay the affiliate a percentage of their total monthly revenue. The percentage will depend on their perfomance during the month they're actively referring players. Their scale rate will be reviewed every month and may be upgraded or downgraded based on their performance.
All BetVision affiliates would be subjected to promotion/bonus cost incurred by their referred member. The cost will be deducted from their monthly revenue by the end of the month. These costs may include the following: Promotional Bonuses, Transaction Fees, Risk and Fraud Fees and Royalty Fees.
All negative revenues incured for any given month will be carried over to the month after.
All Referral Commission Payments will be due every first 7 working days of the month and will be paid the currency which was selected by you during your affiliate registration. Available currency are (SGD, MYR, & VND)
Commissions will either be deposited into your bank account or on your member account, whichever you prefer would be up to you.
Players or Affiliates involved in a collussion or any other fraudulent activities will be dealt with accordingly. BetVision Affiliate Team will with held their funds or remove the Player and/or Affiliate's account from the list of recorded players and/or affiliates.
Issuance of payment will be every first seven (7) working days of the month.
Failing to continuously promote BetVision by having no new signups and/or by removing marketing collaterals from the affiliate's website will be deemed as a breaching of contract and will automatically lead to the termination of BetVision and the affiliate's agreement. Any further claims on future revenue shares will be deemed void.

GENERAL

1. What is BetVision Affiliate Program?

The BetVision Affiliate Program is a partnership Program where in you can earn commissions by referring players to our brand. Your commissions will be based on how many players you refer and how much their monthly losses are.

2. How do I become an Affiliate of BetVision?

To become an affiliate of BetVision, all you need to do is fill out the form on our Affiliate Registration section to apply yourself on our list of Affiliate candidates. After completing the form, you will be contacted within three (3) working days regarding your application.

3. Do I need a Website to become an affiliate?

It is not required to have a website to join our Affiliates Program but it will be an advatage on our affiliate candiate selection if you have your own PAGE/WEBSITE/BLOG/FORUM. To those affiliate who do not have these, we will provide them a specific link to be used in referring players.

4. Do I need to pay to become an affiliate?

You don't need to pay any fees to become a BetVision affiliate, It's FREE!

5. How does an Affiliate System work? How do I get paid?

You will have to refer players to BetVision either via your website or thru the links that we provided. You should have at least 3 active referred players before you can receive a payout. Your commission will be based on your commission level.

6. Can I have multiple websites or promotion channels?

Having multiple websites or promotion channels are allowed. If you have more than one (1) website or promotition channels, it will be synchronized on your single account. Your Agent code will be shared on your multiple media channels.

COMMISSIONS & PAYMENTS

1. How do I receive a commission?

You need to have at least referred 3 active players to be eligible. Your commission will be based on your referred player's net loss for the month.

2. What's the calculation for my commission?

Your commission calculation is based on your referred player's (Gross Loss - Total Cost)* Commission Level %). Total cost includes bonuses given, fraud fee, royalty and other miscellaneous fees.

3. When do I get paid?

You will receive your commission every first seven (7) working days of the month.

4. How will get paid?

Your commission can be transferred either to your BetVision member account or to your bank account.

5. How can I increase my Commission Percentage?

To increase your commission percentage, you need to have a certain amount of referred players and your referred players must accrue a specific amount of net loss for the month. Our affiliate team will then level up your account based on your performance. Click here for more info

6. Do I earn commissions on my own deposits or wagers?

No, you cannot earn commissions on your own account. If you create an account and you referred it, your account will be terminated and we will be forced to suspend your affiliate account.

7. Do negative balances carry over?

Yes, negative balances will carry over from the previous month to the current month. Your referred players must incur positive revenues to counter these negative balances to make a comeback and for you to get paid.

ACCOUNT INFORMATION

1. How can I change my account information?

You can change your account information by clicking on your My Account page. From there you can edit your profile information

2. I forgot my password, How can I retrieve it?

You cannot retrieve your current password, you can only reset it. You can inquire to our 24/7 customer support to help you reset your password.

3. Is my information with you secure?

You can be rest assured that your personal information is secure with BetVision. We do not sell or rent your contact information to any third parties out there.

4. How can I check my account performance?

Contact our customer support and ask them to connect you to BetVision’s Affiliate Team either via Whatsapp or Telegram. Ask our affiliate team regarding your account performance and they will then generate a file for you. It may take between 3 hours to a day depending on the amount of information you will need.

5. Can I have more than one account?

You cannot have more than one affiliate account, nor shall you be allowed to earn any commissions on your own or through any third party related groups.

6. Can I change my payout currency preference?

You can contact our customer support if you want to change your currency preference.

MARKETING TOOLS

1. How does the tracking link works?

We use a specific URL combined with your affiliate ID. This is the tracking link that we give you so we can trace the players that were joining either from your website or promotional campaigns.

2. How do I create/add affiliate banners & links?

After logging in to your account. Click on the 'Marketing Tools' tab, in there you will find a variety of banners, text links and other perks that you can use. Copy and paste the html codes to the back-end cms of your website to upload it.

3. How many banners or links can I use?

You can use as many banners or links as you want. The more links or banners you use the more chance that you're able to refer players to BetVision.

4. Can I use BetVision's logo & its promotion contents?

Once you become our affiliate, you can already access our wide variety of promotions and other marketing paraphernalias. You are encouraged to use our banners as long you don't alter any of it without obtaining prior legitimate written permission from BetVision

5. Is spamming using links prohibited?

BetVision does not tolerate any affiliate who engages in spamming activities. If an affiliate was found to be engaging in such activities using BetVision, their account will be closed immediately and any unheld payments will be forfeited due to the violation of BetVision's T&C.

OTHERS/MISCELLANEOUS

1. Do you accept affiliates from all countries?

We welcome affiliates worldwide however we are only servicing customers from Malaysia, Vietnam and Singapore market. If you have traffic outside of these selected countries, please contact our affiliate team.

2. Do you also offer perfomance bonuses for affiliates?

As of now we do not offer any performances bonuses for affiliates.

3. Can I request for a bi-monthly payout?

Yes, we can give you the option to get your commission halved with the first half being given every 15th of the month and the latter half being given every last day of the month.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF BETVISION

BetVision reserves the right decide whether a specific affiliate applicant is deemed worthy of becoming an affiliate of our brand. Our decision is final and will not be tied to any further negotitions. BetVision will send you an email regarding the results of your application.
Affiliates will be supported with issues related to our system, promotional contents and concerns regarding their account for as long as they're in partner with us.
BetVision will be committed to constantly improve its products and the quality of its services to serve a better playing environment for its valued members.
BetVision assures its affiliate members to always pay them on time and in accordance with the agreement based on the commission structure page. However, BetVision reserves the right to suspend or invalidate the payment if they discover any occurences where in the affiliate agent violates the terms and conditions agreement.
BetVision reserves the right to suspend or close accounts of any affiliate member or group of persons acting in an attempt to cheat or commit any kind of violation towards BetVision and its community.
BetVision has the right to terminate its cooperation with any of its affiliate members if it deems that the specific agent does not meet the requirements of the Affiliate Program or has violated any of our regulations for affiliates. We will give an advance notice to the affiliate as a warning in order to improve the situation and avoid termination before making the final decision. All noticess will be sent via E-mail to the affiliate's registered E-mail address.
Disclaimer: BetVision is not responsible for any legal issues or any kind of other third party activities of any affiliates during the stipulation of this agreement. At the same time, BetVision will not be responsible for any false information or innacurate notifications about policies or promotions of BetVision receive by its affiliate members from unofficial sources.
BetVision reserves the right to amend, add or remove any content under the Terms and Conditions. We will be sending a notice to our affiliate's registered E-mail address if and when we make some changes on the Terms and Conditions.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF AFFILIATES

Agent's primary responsibility as an affiliate is to make sure to promote BetVision's products and services to potential customers and encourage them to be an active member of BetVision
Agent's must only use official banners and links provided by BetVision at all times. Using a different link or banner on the affiliate site will be deemed a violation of agreement.
BetVision will not shoulder any advertising expenses made by the affiliate agent. In exchange, agents will receive profit commission based on the performance of their referred players.
BetVision prohibits its affiliate agents from sending mass spam messages that have no real value to its customers in any form of channel.
Affiliate agents have no right to represent BetVision in any business or personal related transactions to customers and/or third party outsiders.
Affiliate agents must use a unique domain for their websites. Agents must not use any domain names that are similar with the domain names used by BetVision.
Affiliate's Marketing paraphernalias' such as their websites, blogs, social networking pages, promotional contents thru email, sms, whatsapp and telegram or any other advertising channels must not have the same content or any misleading information. Be advised that all of the marketing paraphernalias' of the affiliates are owned by BetVision for as long its cooperation with the said affiliate continuous.
BetVision may end its cooperation to any affiliates if we find out that the affiliate agent's content pages and marketing collaterals were innapropriate. This includes the following: Directed for minors, pornography or any other illegal sexual content, encourage violence, racism, gender inequality, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or any acts that violates the law or commits infringement upon intellectual property rights.
BetVision's affiliate program only applies to the potential customers or friends recommended by the affiliate. Accounts created by the affiliate or the affiliate's relative will not be included on the affiliate's referred members' list. BetVision's affiliate team will monitor the activities of each affiliate closely to prevent this kind of abuse.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITIES

BetVision will not make any impression or implied warranties or representations regarding its Affiliate Program. This includes the referral commission payment arrangements (functionality, payment warranty, merchantability, legality and/or non-infringement) and we do not express any warranties due to acts of God or any malfunctions and/or legalities involved.
BetVision does not also make any assurance that the operation of its sites will remain uninterrupted or without errors. We will not be held liable to any damages incurred by the affiliate during such occurrence. In the event of a report discrepancy made by our side, we will stand firm on our ethics and assure our affiliate partners to give the rightful amount of payment.
BetVision will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages made during the the stipulation of the affiliate and BetVision's affiliate program agreement even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages early on.
The BetVision Affiliate Program's agreement shall not be interpreted to provide any rights, solutions or benefits to any person or entity that are not part of this agreement.
BetVision's obligations under this agremment does not constitute any personal obligations towards our stakeholders and shareholders. Any liablity arising under this agreement shall be solely satisfied under the referral commission generated and should be limited to direct damages.
We hereby adrress to grant our affiliate partners a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our brand name, trademarks, service marks, logs and any other designations exclusive only to BetVision during the the agreement's term. Affiliates must not assert the invalidity, unenforceability, or contest of ownership of the 'Trademark' in any course of action or whatever kind of nature and shall not take any action that might induce BetVision a bad favorability for their rights of marks. Affiliate members must inform us as soon as possible if they discover any kind of activity made by a third party that misuse the brand of BetVision.
During the term of this affiliate agreement, affiliates may be entrusted with confidential information relating to BetVision's business operation and any underlying technology that should not be publicized. You agree to avoid disclosure or unauthorized use of such confidential information to third parties unless you have official written consent from BetVision itself.
